The women's ministry of FBC Gunter seeks to unite women together in encouraging Christian relationships as they journey together as worshippers of God, in community, on mission for Christ. Our primary focus is to equip women to glorify God by living lives that are guided by Scripture. We recognize the absolute necessity for women to grow in community and fellowship with other women. We provide numerous events and opportunities to build lasting, authentic friendships and connections among the women of our church.

If there is one word that best describes the busy lives of women in the twenty-first century it is “ multi-tasking .” We are moms trying to raise children and in many cases we are busier now than in  any time in history. Add that to the responsibility of being a devoted wife to our husbands and the difficulty only increases. To complicate matters even more, many of us also are employed full time outside of the home. It is no wonder that more women struggle with stress related issues than ever before – they are battling demands and changing expectations in every area of their lives and many are unprepared to do so.

No matter where you are on your journey of faith or stage of life, FBC Gunter is committed to equipping you to discover and fulfill your purpose in life. The women of this church offer a supporting and loving environment in which you will be nurtured, encouraged, and taught to strive for excellence in the eyes of the Lord in every area of your life.
